Dear Residents, Staff, and Family Members,

Here is an update on the current status of COVID-19 (or Variants) in our facility:

Staff: 19
Residents: 3

I am writing to inform you that we have no new positive staff members or staff at this time so that leaves us with 3 residents and 19 staff members that work at our facility who have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Resident safety is our top priority, so we are doing everything we can to ensure that we prevent the spread of COVID-19 within our facility, including staying in very close communication with local and state department of health officials to ensure we are taking all the appropriate steps. The family members of these residents have been notified.

Residents are being monitored for fever and signs and symptoms of respiratory illness. Employees are being screened for symptoms and body temperatures are taken before reporting to duty and throughout the day of their shifts.

Employees are wearing masks and face shields when on duty and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working closely with the residents. We know that this is a difficult time for everyone. We will continue to provide the best quality of care to our residents.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at 732-826-0500. Ask for the Administrator, Director of Nursing, or the Nursing Supervisor.

Thank you,

Sam Atlas, Administrator
